30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We want you to adore the art you invite into your life. If for any reason you change your mind within 30 days of receipt, you may return the artwork for a full refund or exchange.
- Please note that returns must be in the original condition. If an artwork is returned damaged and we determine it's due to mishandling on the client’s part, a full refund will not be provided.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the 30-day window to process your return request.
Damaged Goods:
- If your order is damaged upon arrival, or if you discover any fault with the product caused by shipment, please contact us immediately. We offer a hassle-free return process for damaged goods, and we will handle the return shipping costs.
Beyond 30 Days:
- No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period. However, we understand that exceptions can occur.
- For products suffering from unexpected defects due to manufacturing issues, our one-year warranty covers you. If a defect appears within one year from the date of purchase, we will gladly accept the return at no cost to you.
To process a warranty return, please provide:
- Proof of purchase from Canvas Fusions.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the defect.
Our dedicated team will assess the warranty claim and guide you through the return process.
Important Notes:
- Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for the 30-day return due to the personalized nature of the work.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except in cases of shipping damage or warranty returns.
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment once the returned artwork is inspected and approved for return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
